1. Select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct the selection
In our online store, you can select products from the range we offer and collect them in a virtual shopping cart without obligation using the "ADD TO CART" button, which you can view at any time using the icon link with the shopping bag symbol. You can remove the selected products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the corresponding delete button or change the quantity of an item by changing the quantity in the shopping cart. The shopping cart is updated automatically.
2. Enter your data / registration, select payment method
Click on the "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT" button to go to the next page. Here you enter all the data required to process the order (e-mail address, delivery address). It is not possible to create a customer account.
You can then select the desired shipping method below and enter your credit card details to process the payment. As payment method we only offer payment by credit or debit card. If you have one, you can also redeem a voucher code here.
This page gives you an overview of your details, the items you have placed in your shopping cart and the costs you will incur. Please check that all details are correct. By clicking on the "PLACE ORDER" button you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart and send your order to us.
3. Order confirmation
For your information, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail , which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your offer but serves solely to inform you that we have received your order.
4. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order, you are submitting a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose:
- - If you select the payment option "credit or debit card", a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.
5. Payment methods
When ordering via our online store, we offer you the following options for paying for the goods:
Pay by credit or debit card
If you have selected the "credit or debit card" option during the ordering process, enter your credit or debit card details in the corresponding input mask. Payment will then be made via your payment service provider.
Pay with a voucher code
If you select the "Apply voucher code" option during the ordering process, enter the corresponding redemption code in the input mask provided for this purpose. If the order total exceeds the gift voucher balance, we will charge the remaining amount to the payment method you selected during the ordering process. If the gift voucher balance exceeds the order number, you can use any remaining balance until the expiration date of your voucher.
6. Storage of the contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.
7. Statutory liability for defects
For all products that you can order in our online store, the statutory warranty rights apply, unless otherwise stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions.

The contract language is English.
9. Complaints/online dispute resolution
If you as a consumer have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. 10. Consumer arbitration
